Hunger strike enters 22nd day as condition of hunger striker deteriorates rapidly.

London April 28 Mr Parameswaran Subramaniam, the Tamil Hunger Striker who has gone without food for 21 days now, has refused to drink water since Sunday night. He has now been without water for over 36 hours..His condition has rapidly deteriorated as of Tuesday afternoon.
