Budapest After Dark: Light, History, and Motion

This photo was taken during one of my recent evening photography workshops in Budapest. As the sun fades and the city lights come alive, Budapest transforms into a stunning symphony of light and architecture.

The Chain Bridge, Széchenyi Lánchíd, is not just a connection between Buda and Pest. It’s a passage through time, flanked by stone lions and crowned with glowing blue lights. On this particular night, I set up for a long exposure to capture the flow of life rushing through the city,seen here as red and blue light trails.

These workshops are about slowing down, observing, and discovering the beauty in motion. Budapest offers it in abundance.
